  • American Health Care Association (AHCA) Bronze Award for Quality of Care:
    The American Health Care Association (AHCA) & National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Awards ​the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program provides a pathway for providers of long term and post-acute care services to journey towards performance excellence. The program is based on the core values and criteria of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. ​Member centers may apply for three progressive levels of awards: Bronze—Commitment to Quality, Silver—Achievement in Quality, or Gold—Excellence in Quality. Each level has its own distinct rigors and requirements for quality and performance excellence.

MyInnerView Excellence in Action Award

LogoHealthcare quality should be recognized, which is why National Research Corporation, the parent company for My InnerView, conducts the annual Excellence in Action award. Excellence in Action is presented to skilled nursing homes that achieve outstanding resident and/or employee satisfaction. The Excellence in Action award is presented to any My InnerView client facility that meets the following criteria:

  • Completed a customer (Resident & Family Experience) or workforce (Employee Engagement) satisfaction survey during calendar year, using standard facility instruments (may or may not include custom questions)
  • Had a minimum of 10 responses, with a minimum 30% response rate
  • For customer satisfaction award: Scored in the top 10% of qualifying facilities on the question “What is your recommendation of this facility to others?” in terms of percentage of respondents rating the facility as “excellent”
  • For workforce satisfaction award: Scored in the top 10% of qualifying facilities on the question “What is your recommendation of this facility as a place to work?” in terms of percentage of respondents rating the facility as “excellent”
